Accessible Seating
- For Accessible Seating, please call the box office at 909-244-5530.
- If a guest has arrived at ONT Field and does not have Accessible Seating and needs it, please visit the box office. Please note, Accessible Seating is subject to availability and may not be available the day of an event.
- Guests requiring wheelchair transport upon entry may request one through a Guest Services team member. Note: our employees are unable to physically assist guests in a transfer from wheelchair to seat, or lift a guest transferring from a seat back to a wheelchair.
- For non-ticketed events, it is requested that Accessible Seating patrons are limited to sitting with only guest guest in the ADA sections to accommodate other guests with disabilities.
- ONT Field features Accessible Seating at all entry points.
Payments Accepted
ONT Field is a cashless venue. All concession and vendor points-of-sale will only accept major debit or credit cards. There are no ATMs on site.
Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final across all points-of-purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be honored once the transaction is complete. In the event of postponement or cancellation, an exception may be made and ticketholders will be notified directly.
Ticket Scams/Third-Party Sales
It is in your best interest to only purchase from Ticketmaster for non-baseball ONT Field events. Ticketmaster is the only approved ticketing platform for non-baseball ONT Field events. We cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased through any other third-party source and will not assist on any problems resulting from tickets purchased through a third-party source.
