As part of our commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for every guest at ONT Field, we are dedicated to meeting and exceeding the standards set forth by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in both our facility design and guest services.

Accessible Entrances
All entry gates at ONT Field are accessible entrances.
Accessible Seating
- For Accessible Seating, please call the box office at 909-244-5530.
- If a guest has arrived at ONT Field and does not have Accessible Seating and needs it, please visit the box office. Please note, Accessible Seating is subject to availability and may not be available the day of an event.
- Guests requiring wheelchair transport upon entry may request one through a Guest Services team member. Note: our employees are unable to physically assist guests in a transfer from wheelchair to seat, or lift a guest transferring from a seat back to a wheelchair.
- For non-ticketed events, it is requested that Accessible Seating patrons are limited to sitting with only guest guest in the ADA sections to accommodate other guests with disabilities.
- ONT Field features Accessible Seating at all entry points.
Sign Interpreters
Sign Interpreters are available upon request. Interpreters must be requested two weeks prior to the event by emailing boxoffice@ontfield.com.
Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are permitted inside ONT Field. Guests using a mobility device may obtain ADA seating for an event by calling the box office at 909-244-5530. Guests needing wheelchair transport from the gates to the seating area should request one from a Guest Services team member upon entry. Note: our employees are unable to physically assist guests in a transfer from wheelchair to seat, or lift a guest transferring from a seat back to a wheelchair.
